Overview:
Our expertise lies in the area of design and manufacture of composite pressure vessels, pipes and storage tanks for chemical and water treatment plants. Our process capabilities include filament winding using latest high speed, multi spindle CNC filament winding machines which are equipped to achieve optimum winding strength. Our conventional Filament winding process by polar and helical winding yields a structurally robust product.
Our strong design team has the capabilities to design products manufactured as per ASME Section – X, BS-EN-13121 or BS-EN-13923. We conduct FE Analysis and material testing as per ASTM Standards (D3039, D3410, D3518, D792, D2344, Etc.). The hydro testing facility can test vessels upto 500 bar pressure. Using our 12 Channel Strain Gauge Measuring equipment we conduct Characterization of Material & measure strain & Young’s Modulus.
We manufacture composite products, using Glass, tow preg and carbon fibers as reinforcement along with epoxy, vinyl ester, Phenolic, polyester, fire retardant resin systems.
With capabilities of supplying composite vessels with internals for various water treatment applications , based on the project requirements we can get our products CE marked through third party tested from renowned agencies such as TUV Nord.
